An emaciated animal, possibly a dog or coyote pup that may be suffering from mange, was recently spotted in a parking lot on Radio Circle Drive in need of medical attention. Lister, who grew up in Yorktown and was living in Colorado, was 49 years old and would have celebrated her birthday Friday, July 14.
