Charis Concert In Bedford Village Features Works By Bach, Vivaldi BEDFORD, N.Y. -- Charis Chamber Voices, a chorus made up of 37 residents from Westchester and Fairfield counties, announced that it will be holding a baroque music concert on Saturday. The chorus will perform renditions of music from artists such as Bach and Vivaldi. The concert is scheduled to take place at the Bedford Presbyterian Church, which is in downtown Bedford Village, at 7:30 p.m. Tickets for the concert are $25, or $20 for senior citizens. Charis offers people the chance to purchase tickets on its website or at the door.

Mount Kisco Library Starting March With Lion Masks MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. -- To mark the turn of a month, and as a play on the expression "March comes in like a lion," the Mount Kisco Public Library announced that it will hold a workshop for kids to make their own lion masks. The workshop is scheduled for Thursday, March 2 from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. It is geared towards kids from kindergarten to second grade.
