Police were called and a Montvale mom arrested when she showed up at her son's school hammered, authorities said.
Mayowa Kubikisha, 28, "seemed a little off," according to staff, after she pulled into the parking at Memorial Elementary School after the end of the school day on Thursday, May 9, Montvale Police Chief Douglas McDowell said.
They became concerned and called his officers, the chief said.
They had reason to be: Kubikisha registered a blood alcohol level of 0.33%, he said, more than four times the legal limit to drive in New Jersey.

US Marshals Arrest Pair For Armed Robbery At Dollar General Store: Vineland Police
A pair of fugitives from Cumberland County have been arrested by U.S. Marshals for an armed robbery at a Dollar General store in Vineland, authorities said.
One of the suspects resisted arrest and attempted to disarm an officer, they said.
Tomas Cesareo and Lionel Z. Arrington, both of Millville, were arrested on Friday, May 3, Vineland police said on Friday, May 10.
They were charged with robbery, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm, false imprisonment, conspiracy, resisting arrest and attempt to disarm and officer, police said.

Realtor Who Killed Her Father, His Girlfriend In Jersey Shore Home Sentenced: Prosecutors
A Pennsylvania realtor convicted of killing her father and his girlfriend on the Jersey Shore will spend the rest of her life in state prison, authorities said.
Sherry Lee Heffernan, 57, of Landenberg, PA, received two life sentences on Friday, May 10, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer announced in a news release. After a four-week trial, a jury found her guilty of two murder charges on Friday, Mar. 1.
Prosecutors said Heffernan killed 87-year-old John Enders of Surf City and 75-year-old Francoise Pitoy of Manchester back in September 2021.

Michael P. Ormsby, of Williamstown, died on Sunday, May 5, according to an obituary published by Farnelli Funeral Home. He was 50 years old.
The Camden native was raised in Williamstown.
For many years, Michael worked for his family's lawn equipment business, his obituary said.
