Motorcyclist Killed In I-395 Crash In Arlington A motorcyclist was killed in a crash on I-395 in Arlington on Thursday, April 18, State Police said. The motorcycle was traveling north when it ran off the road near Exit 8 and struck the guardrail around 4:50 p.m., Virginia State Police said. The rider was thrown from the bike and died at the scene.  UPDATE: Police ID 23-Year-Old Motorcyclist Killed In I-395 Crash The crash remains under investigation.
