FAIRFIELD, Conn. – Edward F. Carroll, of Fairfield, died on Sunday, Aug. 16.
Carroll was born in the Bronx, N.Y. to Edward and Mary (née Tivnan) Carroll, and was a member of the Fairfield Gaelic-American Club and the Knights of Columbus, and volunteered at St. Vincent Medical Center.
He was predeceased by his parents and daughter Regina Ogden.

Leo Cochrane, 51, Norwalk Business Founder
NORWALK, Conn. Laurence Victor (Leo) Cochrane II, of Norwalk, died on Monday, Aug. 10, at his home. He was 51.
He was born in Baltimore to Hugh and Alice Cochrane, moving with the family from Pittsburgh to Darien in 1974.
Cochrane graduated from Darien High School and the University of Virginia, working as the northeast fleet manager for Enterprise Rent A Car and the director of domestic business development for Pursuit Dynamics.
He founded Active Air Solutions in 2012. The company specializes in providing energy efficient indoor air quality systems.

LARCHMONT, N.Y. – John Lawler, of Larchmont, died on Monday, Aug. 17, of brain cancer. He was 44.
Lawler was born on Dec. 12, 1970.
He graduated from Iona Prep and Syracuse University. He was a partner at the Bristol Consulting recruiting firm in New York City.

Tatiana Paturynski, 91, Of Stamford
STAMFORD, Conn. – Tatiana (Tanja) Paturynski, a longtime resident of Stamford, died on Sunday, Aug. 16. She was 91.
Paturynski was born Sep. 6, 1923. in Kharkov, Ukraine to Julia and Neil Ivanova.
She emigrated to the United States in 1950 with her husband, Vincent, and worked at Norma Hoffman in Stamford, Pierre's in New Canaan and Pitney Bowes.
Paturynski was predeceased by her husband.
She is survived by three children, Nickolas and his wife, Yvonne of Wilton, Peter of Thornton, Colo. and Mary Schubert of Trumbull, four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
