Jon graduated from Cornell University and received his master's degree in journalism from Northwestern University. Across a 35-year career, he's worked as a reporter for daily newspapers in Chicago, New York, Ohio & Washington, D.C and as managing editor for weekly newspapers in Rye, White Plains and Harrison.

South Jersey Man Convicted In Ex-Wife's Stabbing Death A Cherry Hill man accused of killing his ex-wife was found guilty of murder, authorities said. A jury convicted Philip Puche of first-degree murder on Wednesday, April 3 in the fatal stabbing of Nancy Kenny. He also was found guilty of burglary and a weapons offense. Puche, 76, faces life in prison. His sentencing is scheduled for May 17.
