A well-known business owner from Northern Westchester is being remembered for constantly dropping what he was doing to help others with no questions asked. Chappaqua resident Richard Lange died peacefully at White Plains Hospital on Tuesday, April 9 at the age of 87, according to his obituary. CHAPPAQUA, N.Y. -- The suspect in the August shooting in front of a prominent Chappaqua deli has been indicted in connection with the incident, according to the Westchester County District Attorney's office.
