Monique Walker, 32, an assistant clerk at Montefiore, is accused of selling that information, which enabled seven people to make $50,000 of fraudulent credit card purchases, The New York Times reported.
Montefiore officials say they are taking steps to inform the patients whose identities have been compromised, according to The New York Times.
