Two Westchester Men Admit To Roles In Fatal Armed Robbery

Two men have admitted to their roles in an armed robbery that left a man dead in Westchester last year.

Yonkers residents Kentrell Hill, 20 has pleaded guilty to robbery and Charles Burks, 32, has pleaded guilty to manslaughter for their December robbery of 30-year-old Dymere Graham in Yonkers.

On Dec. 7 last year, the two men robbed Graham, with Burks shooting him in the buttocks in the process. 

They then left the Graham to die. He was found bleeding by police at approximately 8 p.m. in the alleyway between two buildings on Riverview Place and he was pronounced dead. Investigators were able to utilize security footage from the building, identifying Burks and Hill as suspects, leading to their arrests 

Both Burks and Hill are scheduled to be sentenced on Jan. 9 next year, when they will each face a sentence of up to 25 years in prison.
