Gymnasts From Chappaqua's World Cup Win First Place At Every Level

CHAPPAQUA, N.Y. -- The World Cup Gymnastics Competitive Girls Team in Chappaqua won first place medals on every level of the Dec. 17 to 18 Solstice Invitational at YWCA in White Plains.

In the Level 3 competition, White Plains native Nia Sands was the all- around champion and was the first-place winner on bars, beam, and floor. Sasha Goldman of Mount Kisco took home the first place medal on floor in her age level. 

Grace McCullough of Pleasantville was an all-around champion and also won on beam. 

Senika Manchanda of Irvington and Giordan Zimberg of Scarsdale were both champions on vault in their respective age groups and Natalie Attia of New Rochelle was first on bars.

In the Level 4 contest, Ava DiCaprio of Montrose took home the first place medal on floor and Sofia Gisbert of Scarsdale was the champion on beam.

Level 5 competitor, Lauren Quintiere of Pleasantville  was the all-around champion with two first-place medals on vault and bars and Casey Treanor of Chappaqua was the vault champion in her age level.

Natalie Calman of Briarcliff was the Level 6 all-around champion. She also earned first-place medals on bars and floor. 

Emmy Juenger of Irvington was the champion on Vault and Erin Panker, of Hawthorne was the champion on beam.

The Level 7 team champions were Talia Fritzhand of Chappaqua,won first place on vault. Madison Higgins of Bedford was the all-around and Vault champion and Georgia Kiriakou of Elmsford took first place on bars.

Level 8’s Aubree Glover of Millwood was the vault champion, while Katie Colella of Pleasantville, a Level 8 competitor, was the bars champion. Scarsdale High School senior Laura Pollack, a level 8 on The Tumblettes, and captain of the SHS team, placed on Floor and Beam.The Level 3 team and the Level 6 team both took home their respective first place team awards.

Level 6 has won first place team in both of their meets so far, according to the release.
