The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Westchester residents regarding the residency of 56-year-old Dwight Dorsey, who has moved from out of state to a residence on Barker Street in Mount Kisco.
The Division of Criminal Justice Services has assigned Dorsey as a Level 2 threat, which means he is at "moderate risk of a repeat offense."
According to the Division of Criminal Justice Services, Dorsey had deviate sexual intercourse and sexual contact with a 7 and 11-year-old girl in June 1994 in Putnam County.
He was convicted of first-degree attempted sodomy and sexual abuse in August 1998, when he was sentenced to a term of 28 months to seven years in state prison. He is now under the jurisdiction of the Mount Kisco Village Police Department.
