There is no better way, my fellows...you will complain now, undoubtedly, and all throughout winter's inclement, claim...but rejoice in the herald of spring and warmth of the summer...do you not understand the majestic balance of nature?

Neither the city nor the non-profit knows who owns what and the corporation counsel is trying to determine who's on first base to in order establish an RFP to find out what's on second base.
This all sounds like an Abbott & Costello routine, to me.

Put the methadone clinic in the now, defunct Paramount. The roads adjoining same are maintained by the city. And the daily surge of temporary pedestrians, users and abusers will add to increased downtown foot traffic. It'll add to the revenues of merchants in surrounding areas, and to the circus air which the city has now become, deservedly famous for!

Look who's seated at the end of the table on the right...does he do nothing else but collect money from Peekskill in one shape, form or another? I have lived in Peekskill 25 years and this guy is DNA-encoded throughout every administration...what's the deal here?
Are there no other legal consultants in this area? I mean, c'mon!!! View Comment
Listen, if you gotta have this in Peekskill, make a clinic at the Westchester County GARBAGE RECYCLING PLANT, erstwhile known as RESCO....drug addicts arena county-wide problem..Peekskill has a long indentured history as a dumping ground for all matters of detritus View Comment
Yo, if you gotta move these clowns into peekstowns, take 'em down to RESCO, the Resource Recovery Plant...they are in "recovery," right? And ain't this plant a Westchester county facility? And, ain't these people a COUNTY-WIDE problem?
If they don't behave, ship em off down the street to Indian Point,,where they can really glow!
