Normally, you are working to gain compensation for the work that you've done, but have you considered a salary increased? Receiving a pay raise is always important financially and for the work that you've done for the benefit of your respective company. Recently, a report from a private staffing firm Wednesday predicted that you might be getting a pay raise next year. That is, if you work in engineering, finance or administration.
