Yes, day 14 and still no optimum services ! I have had power since last Sunday and still not optimum services. I get no satisfaction as to when my service will be restored and would love it if you could write piece regarding this. E-mail me at email@example.com

I miraculously got power late Sunday after NYSEG posted not until Nov. 7 , much to my surprise. This however does not affect my opinion that NYSEG has not preformed as expected and as swiftly as I feel they should have.
Now.....is there any word on when Optonline will restore the services they provide??? Would appreciate some update there. View Comment
