Con Edison can take their apology and stick it where the sun does not shine. I saw 5 Con Edison guys here in Lower Westchester, 2 guys working and the other 3 leaning against the truck with their arms folded and joking around. And yet another crew sitting in their truck reading the news paper. I agree with Bob3655: View Comment
