The women-only race, which drew over 300 this year, has been run for more than the last 20 years, and also has a mother-daughter team race, which saw 30 such pairs competing Sunday morning.

This year's race was won by Mari Beth Linares, of  Baldwin Place, who covered the 3.1 miles in 20:52. Kim Chalfin, of Nanuet, was second in 21:41.

A portion of the proceeds from the race, and all Taconic Road Runners Club races, goes to benefit area high school scholarship programs.
