Elms Leads Chappaqua Swim & Dive Team To Win

PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. -- River Elms was a triple winner for the second time this season, leading the Chappaqua Swim & Dive Team to a victory over host Pleasantville, 272-198, in a Northern Westchester Swim Conference Division I meet on Thursday.

Chappaqua improved to 2-0 this season.

Elms won the boy’s 14-and-under breaststroke, butterfly and freestyle winner. John Koster and Wyatt Yates were also triple winners for Chappaqua with Koster coming in first in the boy’s 12-and-under breaststroke, butterfly and freestyle. Yates touched the wall first in the boy’s 10-and-under breaststroke, butterfly and freestyle.

Chappaqua also had six double-winners, including four girls. Katie Duncalf won the 18-and-under backstroke and butterfly, Zoe Kerrich took the 18-and-under backstroke and freestyle, Margaux Weiner the 12-and-under backstroke and breaststroke and Kate Posner claimed the 10-and-under backstroke and breaststroke.

For the boys, Christopher Koster won the 18-and-under backstroke and butterfly and Luka Cekic the 8-and-under backstroke and butterfly.
