SEPTO is scheduled to present "Struggling Student: How Independent Evaluations Can Help" from Emily Lantz at 7 p.m. Jan. 14 at the Roosevelt School Cafeteria at 190 Croton Ave. in Ossining.
"This presentation will review what to expect during the independent neuropsychological evaluation," SEPTO representatives said. "It will help parents understand how the testing assists with diagnostic clarity between learning disabilities, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, autistic spectrum disorders and other developmental or acquired brain disorders."
Lantz has many years of clinical experience evaluating and treating children and adults with a wide variety of psychological and cognitive disorders, according to a release.
