Performances are slated for Thursday at 7 p.m., Friday at 8 p.m. and Saturday at 8 p.m. in the school's auditorium, 70 Roaring Brook Road.

The production, a Caribbean adaptation of the popular fairy tale "The Little Mermaid" from the Tony Award-winning songwriting team of Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty (“Seussical,” “Ragtime”), garnered eight Tony nominations for its Broadway run, including Best Musical, Book and Score.

In the story, Ti Moune, a peasant girl from a tropical island, rescues Daniel, a wealthy boy with whom she falls in love. Unfortunately, The pompous gods who preside over the island make a bet with one another about which is stronger – love or death – the stakes being Ti Moune's life.

Tickets for the show, which is suitable for all ages, are $5 for students and $15 for adults.
