Chappaqua's Rona Horowitz Graduates From Quinnipiac University

CHAPPAQUA, N.Y. -- Rona Horowitz, a Chappaqua resident, graduated and received a degree at the 83rd undergraduate commencement at Quinnipiac University in Hamden Conn., on Sunday, May 18.
