Chappaqua Schools Seek Input in Principal Searches

CHAPPAQUA, N.Y. - With the promotion of Andrew Selesnick to assistant superintendent, the district will now be searching for full-time principals at both Roaring Brook Elementary School and Horace Greeley High School.

To assist with the searches, the district is inviting community members, parents, students and staff to share their input with school administrators.

"During these forums, we hope to enlist your help in establishing the requisite qualities, characteristics, and level of experience of our next educational leaders," said the district in a newsletter. "In addition, you will be asked to offer important insight as to what makes Roaring Brook and Greeley such special places, and what you believe are the challenges that the new leaders will face as they begin work as principal."
