CHAPPAQUA, N.Y. – Chappaqua school officials said that their goal of maintaining an innovative learning environment for students will not be deterred by the constraints of the state tax cap, according to a report in theexaminernews.com.

The Board of Education recently vowed to pursue capital projects, such as the upgrading of learning spaces at the Robert E. Bell and Seven Bridges middle schools by 2018, theexaminernews.com story said.

Plans also call for a STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics) lab, theexaminernews reported.
