Berkowitz has closed more than 100 real estate transactions in his career in New Rochelle, the Pelhams, Hastings, Irvington, West Harrison, Rye, Tuckahoe, Chappaqua, Armonk, Mount Vernon, White Plains, South Salem and City Island. He earned the Westchester County “Rookie of the Year” award in 2007.
