Carine has sold real estate since 2002 after a career as an upscale caterer. She has sold properties in Westchester and Dutchess Counties, as well as the Bronx.
“Early in my career I acquired several clients, investors and builders who entrusted me to represent them in the purchase or sale of a multitude of properties,'' Nowak said. "That’s how my real estate career began, one which I have cultivated over the years.”

That was very appealing to me.”
While catering and real estate might seem like dissimilar careers, Carine believes it is the focus on customer service and attention to detail in both jobs that matters.
“My business is about putting your client's needs first and foremost, building trust and delivering to people what you promise you’ll deliver,’’ she said. “I love what I do; It makes me excel and makes me work even harder to get on top of my game.”
