Developed by builder Paul Guillaro of Unicorn Contracting Corporation, Hillholme Manor consists of homes situated on 2.3 – 5.2 acre hilltop lots
Construction on the first home is under way, according to Joanne Georgiou of Houlihan Lawrence in Chappaqua, which is handling the sales and marketing.
The sites have some of the “best views in Chappaqua that I’ve ever seen, and in an area that combines the convenience of living in a city, with the quaintness, space and amenities that come with residing in a suburban environment,” Georgiou said.
Guillaro’s past projects include townhomes in Cold Spring, N.Y. A Chappaqua resident since 1983, he has built dozens of homes, most recently, Stone Hill, on Algonquin Drive in Chappaqua.
The homes will have classic shingle-style architecture, generous floor plans and top-grade custom finishes. They are designed by Greenwich-based Granoff Architecture. Three of the homes have already been designed and two can be customized, giving owners the opportunity to customize with luxuries like a three-car garage and pool.
