Officers responding to the Lukoil gas station on Route 10 in Whippany Monday morning were told by the manager that the front door had been shattered and the cash register had been opened with money missing, Hanover Police said.
No other items were reported to be missing, and it was not clear exactly when the burglary occurred, police said.
The burglary is being investigated by the department’s detective bureau.
