Ridgewood Lacrosse Teams Earn No. 1 Seeds

RIDGEWOOD, N.J. -- The Ridgewood lacrosse teams earned high spots in their upcoming tournaments. Both the boys and girls team earned the No. 1 seed in their respective county tournaments, according to The Record.

The Ridgewood boys team is 9-0, The Record reported. The first round in the tourney will be played by Thursday, and the next round will begin Saturday. The semifinals will be held next Thursday, at Ridgewood, and the final will be May 7 in Mahwah.

The girls team has a 6-2 record, as does Immaculate Heart, which received the No. 2 seed in the tournament, according to The Record. The girls first round will also be played by Thursday, with the second round games finished by Saturday. The quarterfinals will be next Monday, the semifinals on Wednesday and the final will also be May 7 in Mahwah.
