Administrators from various company brokerages throughout Connecticut, Westchester County and the Berkshires all attended and were recognized for their dedication and contribution to the firm.
Before the event, employees attended a corporate-run Admin Training Day at The Italian Center in Stamford. Throughout the day, leaders from each of the firm’s departments spoke about current happenings and future endeavors, and administrative and marketing employees were trained on new tools designed to ensure that real estate agents receive the highest level of support in the industry.
Attendees were then encouraged to proceed to the corporate office for the evening’s mixer event, where employees from across multiple markets connected and built upon their working relationships with one another.
The event offered employees catered food, a complimentary bar with beer and wine and live music from the firm’s director of content, Andrew Wood, and his band, Bridges and Powerlines. In addition, a free raffle took place, providing employees the chance to win multiple $100 gift cards.
Capping off the event was a recognition for Allan Plumb, who works with the relocation department and is celebrating his 44th year with the firm.
“At the heart of William Pitt and Julia B. Fee Sotheby's International Realty is our employees,” said Vin Socci, William Pitt and Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty COO. “They are the backbone of our organization and valued assets to our firm's success. We are happy to recognize them for all their hard work and dedication both at this annual event and throughout the year.”
