Dan Bucci Joins Douglas Elliman Real Estate In Chappaqua

CHAPPAQUA, N.Y. – Dan Bucci has joined Douglas Elliman Real Estate's Chappaqua office.

Bucci is a native of Westchester County and brings with him a diverse professional background and expansive knowledge of the real estate market.

“Dan is a strong real estate broker with a broad understanding of the industry,” said Gabe Pasquale, executive vice president of Elliman’s Westchester brokerage. “His market expertise on the local and international scale, combined with the brand power of Douglas Elliman, will prove to be a winning formula for his success. Before starting his career in real estate, Bucci worked for more than 25 years in the corporate finance industry for many global companies such as PepsiCo, Fuji, and Ernst & Young. His various work assignments sent him to more than 15 countries around the world, giving him the opportunity to meet people across different cultures, social statuses and income levels.

“I have full confidence that my knowledge of the local market and global business experience  will make a positive impact at Douglas Elliman,” said Bucci. “I am excited to grow along with the firm’s expanding network.”

Bucci received a degree in accounting from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business and also has his certified public accountant license. He was previously a real estate broker with Houlihan Lawrence in Irvington prior to joining Elliman.

Bucci was born and raised in Tarrytown and has been a lifelong resident of Westchester County, where he has raised his three children.
