Community Inspector General I. Charles McCullough III told officials that messages were found to contain information known as "special access programs," which is information deemed more sensitive than "top secret," Politico reported.
The most recent report suggests the emails containing special access programs goes beyond the information previously known about the information contained on Clinton's home server, Politico said.
