Polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. at your place of voting.

There will be an opportunity to vote in the Democratic primary for New York State Governor (three candidates) and for Lieutenant Governor (two candidates) and in the Republican primary for New York State Senate District 40 (two candidates).

The following candidates are running in Tuesday’s primary:

New York State Governor – Democratic Primary:

Randy A. Credico
Andrew Cuomo
Zephyr Teachout

The winner will run against republican Rob Astorino in the November general election.

New York State Lieutenant Governor – Democratic Primary:

Kathy Hochul
Tim Wu

The winner will run against Christopher Moss (Republican) in the November general election.

New York State Senate District 40 – Republican Primary:

Bob Castelli
Terrence P. Murphy

The winner will run against Justin Wagner in the November general election.
