The speech will take place on Wednesday, Jan. 10 at the Westchester Marriot at 670 White Plains Road in Tarrytown, Latimer's second week in office.

Latimer will discuss the key initiatives of his new administration and the region’s economic opportunities and challenges. Latimer will set forth his vision and goals for the next four years in front of a crowd of over 400 business and community leaders, the Westchester County Association said.

The Westchester County Association said it has asked Latimer to address his plans to: enhance the county’s economic development initiatives and establish public private partnerships; work with the business, education and medical communities to help fight the opioid crisis; and how he will utilize new technology to streamline and consolidate government services.

Tickets for the County Executive Breakfast are $85 for Westchester County Association members and $95 for future members and may be purchased online at westchester.org
