Despite the election being almost four years away, Democrats are already looking at contenders to run against Republican President Donald Trump, with Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand and Gov. Andrew Cuomo as two candidates to watch, according to NBC News.

Gillibrand has been getting attention for voting against almost all of Trump's cabinet nominees. Gillibrand was picked to replace Chappaqua's Hillary Clinton, who was defeated by Trump when she was nominated to be Secretary of State.

Cuomo recently got national attention for passing a universal college tuition program. While serving as governor, New York also legalized same-sex marriage and gun control legislation was passed.

Trump, who owns an estate in Bedford, also owns Trump National Golf Club Hudson Valley in Stormville and Trump National Westchester in Briarcliff Manor.

The Trump name also adorns Trump Tower At City Center in White Plains, Trump Plaza in New Rochelle, Trump Park Residences in Yorktown and the Donald J. Trump State Park on the Westchester/Putnam border.
