The presidential campaign announced Thursday that Chappaqua's Hillary Clinton will hold her Election Night party at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in Manhattan.
The facility has a glass ceiling, which campaign aides to the Democratic candidate said is appropriate since a win over Republican Donald J. Trump would make her the first woman president in the nation's history.
The facade and roof of the Javits Center is encased in glass.
Election Day, Nov. 8 is expected to start with Bill and Hillary Clinton voting early in the morning at Chappaqua's Douglas G. Grafflin Elementary School .
Trump's campaign has not announced where he'll be on Election Night. Trump lives in Manhattan and owns property in Bedford and Dutchess County.
