Woman Charged With Unlicensed Massage By New Castle Police

NEW CASTLE, N.Y. -- New Castle Police charged a woman from Flushing, Queens with performing massages without a license in Chappaqua on Wednesday, according to police.

Ling Chen, 58, was an employee of Lily Healthy Spa and allegedly gave massages without proper New York State licensing, police said. 

Chen was arrested and released on $750 bail. She is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday, police said.
