Parking Limits Take Effect In New Castle

NEW CASTLE, N.Y. -- New Castle police are reminding the public that seasonal parking regulations are now in effect until April 1.

According to the regulations, no vehicle is allowed to be parked, stored or left standing unattended by a person capable of operating it on the street or highway at any time between the hours of 1 and 7 a.m.

The rule does not apply to ambulances or a vehicle operated by a physician or surgeon on a professional call.
