New Castle Overnight Parking Rules In Effect For Snow Removal
NEW CASTLE, N.Y. -- In order to facilitate snow removal throughout New Castle, the Police Department is enforcing regulations that no vehicle should be parked, stored or left standing unattended by a person capable of operating it on any street or highway between 1 a.m. and 7 a.m. through Wednesday, April 1, 2015.
