Chappaqua Man, 21, Charged With DWI After I-287 Stop In Greenburgh

GREENBURGH, N.Y. – New York State Police troopers recently arrested a man on I-287 on a driving while intoxicated charge, according to a press release.

Christopher B. Pest, 21, of Chappaqua, was arrested about 3:40 a.m. Sunday, police said.

Pest had been pulled over for a traffic violation, and police say they soon realized he was intoxicated.

Pest refused to take a breath test, according to police.

Pest was eventually released to an acquaintance, police said.

He is scheduled to answer to the misdemeanor charge July 24 in the Town of Greenburgh Court, police said.
