CHAPPAQUA, N.Y. - Richard B. Smith, DDS, of Chappaqua, died on March 16 shortly before midnight in White Plains Hospital. He was 89.
He is survived by his wife Evelyn and daughter Genevieve, son Bruce and family of New York, Illinois, Minnesota; daughter Catherine Smith-Russack and family of San Francisco; and five grandchildren.
Smith was laid to rest on Friday, March 20 at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, located in Hawthorne.
