Alison Caso Guerra, 36, Teacher in Chappaqua Schools

BEDFORD, N.Y. – Alison Caso Guerra, of Bedford, died Saturday, Feb. 27 of sudden cardiac arrest. She was 36.

She was the daughter of Daniel and Evelyn (Fanning) Caso.

She married Philippe R. Guerra in 2009.

After graduating from Boston College, she received master’s degrees in elementary education and educational leadership. She was a NYC Teaching Fellow and went on to teach at Westorchard Elementary School, Chappaqua, for the past 12 years.

She is survived by her husband; children Pascal and Camille; parents; sisters Cynthia (Reid) Meyer and Valerie (Paul) Bulova and niece Adele; and in-laws Bernard and Florence Guerra.

Clark Associates Funeral Home, 4 Woods Bridge Road, Katonah handled arrangements. A private funeral is scheduled.
