Windy Weather Knocks Out Power To Hundreds In Chappaqua

NEW CASTLE, N.Y. – Hundreds of customers are without power in New Castle Tuesday evening after strong, gusty winds moved through the area.

As of 7 p.m., Con Edison reported 561 customers were without power. The National Weather Service has issued a Tornado Watch until 11 p.m.

The utility estimates most, if not all customers, will have power restored by midnight.
