CHAPPAQUA, N.Y. – Three victims of a consignment shop scam were awarded default judgments after a New Castle Town Court decision Thursday, reports The Examiner.

Elegance II Consignment Shop, owned by Julia Faotto, was located on South Greeley Avenue in Chappaqua, then moved to Pleasantville in early 2015 but never opened, according to the report.

Lynn Kohn was awarded $750, but declined the default payment, not believing Faotto would be found; Emma Patterson was awarded $995; and Alexis Cambareri received the maximum $3,000 judgment according to The Examiner.
