The Westorchard Elementary School PTA is hosting its annual tour drive at the school from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Toys for infants and toddler, including books, games, puzzles and electronics, will be for sale.

Money goes toward the Westorchard Elementary School. The PTA previously has used the money raised for a jungle gym set and a sign.

"It's a great way to do your holiday shopping," Julie Hare, the chair of the used book and toy committee said. "You get good toys at good prices."

Hare said grandparents can buy toys to have at home and teachers can buy books for their classrooms.

Hare has been collecting toys outside the Westorchard Elementary School for two months and makes sure the toys and books are in tip-top shape.

"We don't want you spending money on something that is not functional," Hare said. "This provides people in the surrounding area who don't have a lot of funds to get presents for their children."

Hare said it's a win-win situation as people can buy toys at a cheap price while the elementary school benefits.

"It really is full circle," Hare said. "Instead of throwing your toys away, donate them and help other people. It's a great way to fulfill someone's Christmas list."
