This Week's New Castle Public Events and Meetings

NEW CASTLE, N.Y. - Every week, many New Castle organizations and committees hold community events or convene for public meetings. Here is the New Castle community calendar for the week:

-The New Castle Town Board will meet for a work session on Tuesday at 7:45 p.m in Conference Rooms A & B of Town Hall. Click here for the agenda.

-The New Castle Planning Board will convene for its monthly meeting on Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the Assembly Room of Town Hall. Click here for the agenda.

-The Chappaqua Library Board will meet on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. in the library.

-The Chappaqua Library is holding a "Book Lovers" book discussion at 1 p.m. on Thursday. Attendees will be discussing "Oxygen" by Carol Cassella. The discussion will be led by Barbara Bernstein, a retired Reading Specialist.

-The Chappaqua Library will continue its "Menus in the Movies" series with a viewing of Chocolat on Friday at 7 p.m.  Homemade desserts and discussion will follow the screening.
