Teatown Plans To Tear Down Historic Croft Building

OSSINING, N.Y. – Many residents and historic preservation groups are outraged at The Teatown Lake Reservation’s plan to sell a 1914 Tudor home, lohud.com reports.

The 5,500-square-foot home known as The Croft could be sold for $125,000 and the buyer would be responsible for demolishing it and salvaging its parts, according to the report.
