WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. --  North and south exit ramps off the Saw Mill Parkway at 136 Roaring Brook road have reopened after a broken railroad crossing arm resulted in the closure of the exits Monday morning.

A car racing to make it through the crossing before a train came through broke the arm, according to reports.

The closure, reported at 8:30 a.m., was Exit 33.
