NEW CASTLE, N.Y. ‒ The New Castle Town Board will not convene its regularly scheduled Tuesday night meeting due to Hurricane Sandy, Town Administrator Penny Paderewski said.
The board will hold a "mini meeting" to adjourn the meeting, she said. Supervisor Susan Carpenter and two board members will be present to adjourn the meeting.
