CHAPPAQUA, N.Y. - Several power outages have been reported throughout New Castle, according to Con Edison.

Con Edison's Outage map listed 258 customer's without electricity in the town. It gave an estimated restoration time of 1 p.m.

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Patchy dense fog will blanket Westchester County early Monday morning, reducing visibility for drivers, the National Weather Service warned.
