Plastic Out, New Castle Rolls Out Reusable Bag Initiative
NEW CASTLE, N.Y. -- Shoppers in New Castle will no longer be given plastic bags to carry items thanks to the "Reusable Bag Initiative" town officials were expected to agree upon Tuesday, said The Examiner News.
New Castle shoppers will need to bring reusable bags like this for groceries to comply with the "Reusable Bag Initiative."
