Overturned Vehicle Blocks Two Lanes On I-684

NORTH SALEM, N.Y. -- An accident involving an overtime vehicle on northbound I-684 blocked two lanes on Tuesday afternoon.

The accident, north of the Hardscrabble Road exit in North Salem near the Putnam border, was reported at 4:45 p.m.
